Weekend Escapes

Attending a seasonal yoga workshop gives you a whole day out to deepen your practice. Danya plans each workshop with a chosen subject in mind you can ask questions, benefit from personal assistance from the teacher.

Make connections with a like-minded students, take time out of your busy schedule.

Retreat days typically include 2 classes, welcome drinks, a delicious lunch and some leisure time for a short walk or to relax in the stunning location of Sancta Studio, Otley

‘Revisiting Yoga’ Day

Saturday 22nd February at Sancta Studios, Otley - Only 4 places left

10.00am - 3.45pm

Join us for a special day retreat focusing on the preliminary postures in yoga . We will explore standing, sitting and twisting asanas along with forward, backward and

supine extensions. Suitable for beginners or experienced students revisiting their practice.

You will be taken through a wide range of introductory yoga poses which will develop your strength,

stamina and flexibility. This will be followed by a delicious Vegetarian lunch. Enjoy turmeric lattes or refreshing fresh juices too. A short walk by the river Wharfe if the weather allows.

In the afternoon you will learn techniques & alignment: Deepen your practice with guided instruction. This will be a very supportive environment and practice with like-minded individuals.

We will be incorporating props and breathwork for ease and focus.
