Please bring an additiona jumper, socks (and perhaps a little blanket) for final relaxation. • Please finish eating an hour and a half before the class. • For the first session mats will be provided, after which you will need to bring your own yoga mat. Yoga With Danya courses are designed to increase strength and flexibility and to bring focus to the mind. Please take responsibility for yourself and follow all directions carefully. No-one knows your body like you. If you are currently seeking help for a medical condition or are in any doubt as to whether or not you should participate in our yoga class, please consult your doctor. Yoga With Danya is not responsible for any personal injuries you may have or incur during your class TERMS & CONDITIONS All physical postures instructed by the teacher are to be undertaken by you with sensible judgement. If something feels painful, don't do it. Trust your own guidance, and listen to your body. Risk of injury within the context of yoga is minimal, but when you are moving your body, there is always a risk. Danya, along with any other teachers that are working under her guidance, cannot take any responsibility for any physical damage to you as a result of yoga practice. You join classes at your own risk and must take full responsibility for your own physical wellbeing. Should you feel very tired, experience physical pain or feel highly emotional you are advised not to practice. If upon arrival at a class Danya feels that you are not well enough to take the class you will be asked not to take part In that class. Should this happen, you will be expected to stay within Danya’s care until you feel well enough to leave. Booking and Financials All classes, workshops and retreats must be booked and paid for in advance. Failure to do so will exempt you from participating in such a class or event. All deposits for workshops and retreats are non-refundable. Regular yoga classes have the block booking option Travel All travel to classes, workshops and retreats is the responsibility of you. Travel to and from retreats is the responsibility of you both in terms of cost and safety. Danya cannot take any responsibility for your travel safety or expenses.
